Joshua S. Prusak

Attorney in Rogers, AR

Areas of Practice:

General Business; Domestic Relations; Civil Litigation; Real Estate Law

Originally from Houston, Texas, I have proudly made Arkansas my home over the past several years. I am honored to begin my legal career at a respected law firm where I can assist clients in navigating the legal system, regardless of the complexity or nature of their case.

I earned both my undergraduate degree and my Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Economics from the Sam M. Walton College of Business, along with a minor in Legal Studies. This academic foundation has equipped me with a broad understanding of both legal and economic principles, and how they intersect in real-world situations.

As I begin my practice, my primary goal is to serve as a reliable and steady advocate for those facing legal challenges. I recognize that legal matters—whether large or small—can be overwhelming, and I am committed to offering clear guidance, thoughtful advice, and dedicated representation to each of my clients.

Outside the office, I spend much of my free time pursuing my other passion: soccer. You can often find me playing pickup games around Northwest Arkansas or catching Premier League matches at home. I’m an avid Arsenal supporter and rarely miss a match during the season.”
